I believe we do not currently have a pascal mode.  Do you know of a lexical 
grammar for Delphi?  Are there any other dialects of Pascal in widespread use?

Issue #137 provides a patch for Turbo Pascal. However, Delphi-like languages 
have departed greatly from that syntax.

There's some guy maintaining its own EBNF specification for Delphi (from this 
stack overflow question:
