Adopt bstopp/puppet-aem #1

To officially adopt this repository, we should take a look at the current state of the code, clean it up a bit, perhaps integrate some PRs from the official repo and then tell @bstopp to update the README in bstopp/puppet-aem#150

Hi, can you confirm that this will be the official repo?

We currently use a fork with one necessary commit (https://github.com/0Rick0/puppet-aem/commit/2a1b7d385e9b57637f7aff8bec87a990bc8eb456), but we rather want to create a PR and merge it to the official repo.
