Move some menu options to app settings #22

Like theme, header color and grid size

....but...the theme changing animation is so nice... :'(

@staber I know. It really is. Great work.

But it isn't a primary action like the others and I think it just makes the menu bigger and bigger.

You can make the animation in settings and also when returning to main screen and it reapplies the theme. 😉

I know I'll have to revisit it later. The overflow menu is getting too large.
