doesn't respect .nomedia #38

when one folder has .nomedia file, only the image in that folder are excluded, but image on the subfolders of that folder still displayed.

unexpected behavior compared to other/system gallery.

Excluding a folder will also exclude all sub-folders. Hiding a folder does not hide sub-folders. Each album must be hidden individually.
