Get new map data from CCS #2

The map data in the current SVN trunk is a bit out of date. This means 
some routes returned are not correct. As far as I know, CCS haven't 
released a new database dump since Revelations II, but if they have/when 
they do, we should get it and import the files we use into the SVN 
repository.
