Enderailen treated as high-sec when it is low-sec #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. generate a trade to or from Enderailen in The Citadel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
--I expect it to be shown as a low-sec run, but it's shown as a high-sec 
run.  Enderailen is a 0.4 system.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
--NavBot rev. H on Windows XP

Egghelende too. Eve Online DB: Egghelende Security Level 0.449267685417937 (0.4)

Aunenen is a o.4 system treated as high sec
