Will not start with short cut #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start / Programs / navbot link
2. Popup saying is the program already installed if not send a mail
3.
error report
System.Net.HttpListenerException: Access is denied
   at System.Net.HttpListener.AddAll()
   at System.Net.HttpListener.Start()
   at EveMarketTool.PageServer..ctor()
   at NavBot.InitialForm.TryToStartNavBot()

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Start the NAVBOT in the toolbar / ERROR Popup

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NavBot_1_0_0_12 rev H

Please provide any additional information below.

Windows Vista Ultimate, 2.66Ghz Quad Core 4GB Ram,
Installed c:\

Well i tried the Beta I And it didnt work. It has now stopped the whole thing 
from
working now. With Rev H it at least startes when i install it but once 
installed it
will not work again. so every time i have to reinstall to make it work.

But with BETA_I it no longer installs on tot he computer

This is the same issue as issue 40, if you can consolidate issues...
