Enh: Installation path/procedure #42

The install procedure places navbot in a rather obscure and inappropriate
folder, under Documents and settings/<user>/local settings/Apps/2.0/<random
foldername>

I assume this is generated as part of the C redistributable and assemblies,
but it really should not end up there.

Suggestion 1 (Ideal)- Modify the installer so it allows the user to select
a folder at his leisure. Configure navbot to use config files and folders
under that main installation folder.

Suggestion 2- If (1) is too time consuming or low priority, then simply
provide an executable/bin  zip file that can be extracted in a separate
folder as necessary.

This is the Standard-Path for simple Installation with C#

We wont fix that soon - maybe when we make a complex tool with database etc. 
it's an
option to provide the program with an installer.

but this wont happen soon :)
