I would like to be able to take the CSVs eve-central dumps and use them as data 
for 
this thing to cruch. Maybe add a region-limiter at the same time?

I've found eve central very unreliable. That's the problem with open user data 
people export and make up orders.

Use autodumper so you don't have to manually export.  I'll upload an entire 
solution eventually.
