When trying to run, it asked if I was running another NavBot. Was not running another. #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Deleted 
2. Reinstalled
3. Restarted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NavBot Rev.I; Vista SP2.

Please provide any additional information below.
System.Net.HttpListenerException: Access is denied
   at System.Net.HttpListener.AddAll()
   at System.Net.HttpListener.Start()
   at EveMarketTool.PageServer..ctor()
   at NavBot.InitialForm.TryToStartNavBot()

Try running the setup file as administrator. Right-click on setup.exe and run as
administrator (or something like that).

Doing what victarius stated worked. However i only seems to last until you 
close the
navbot.exe program OR until you restart your computer. After that its the same 
issue...
