No start with Vista 64 Ultimate German #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing
2. Starting

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see an Error aksing if I run another instance of Navbot or I should call
tejar.

Error-Post ing clipboard:

System.Net.HttpListenerException: Zugriff verweigert
   bei System.Net.HttpListener.AddAll()
   bei System.Net.HttpListener.Start()
   bei EveMarketTool.PageServer..ctor()
   bei NavBot.InitialForm.TryToStartNavBot()

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Rev.I on Vista 64 Ultimate German

Please provide any additional information below.
The Firewalls have been deactivated for testing with this tool

Right click on exe, goto compatibility mode and enable "run as Administrator" 
root issue is covered under issue 15
