NavBot rev K doesn't start #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting NavBot

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Revision K on Windows Vista.

Please provide any additional information below.
System.Net.HttpListenerException: Der Prozess kann nicht auf die Datei 
zugreifen, da sie von einem anderen Prozess verwendet wird
   bei System.Net.HttpListener.AddAll()
   bei System.Net.HttpListener.Start()
   bei EveMarketTool.PageServer..ctor() in 
C:\NavBot_rK_Beta2\EveMarketTool\Web Server\PageServer.cs:Zeile 34.
   bei NavBot.InitialForm.TryToStartNavBot() in 
C:\NavBot_rK_Beta2\NavBot\InitialForm.cs:Zeile 43.

Seems there is a directory C:\NavBox_rK_Beta2\ hardcoded, which I didn't 
install in.

There is an issue with Skype.
When Skype is running Navbot can't start.
I would guess it's due to the 80 port.

Yes, turn off skype for Revision K on Windows XP SP3 as well.

This isn't a defect with navbot.  Please see my note in Issue #53.  You can 
stop skype, start navbot, and then re-start skype.  Skype will work correctly 
thereafter.
