What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open http://localhost:9999 in EVE-Browser
2. Add this site to trusted
3. It will always add http://localhost%3A9999/* to trusted sites

The other issue 64 has more information.

Basically it seems the trusted website system can not handle port setting it
converts the ":" into a "%3A" which it cant read.

Someone created a version that uses port 80 (and does it does not have to be
specified) but it doesnt appear to be available for download.

The torrent version is un available and the download website it was initially
pasted
on sets all the microsoft bad site alarm bells rining.

Can we have a port 80 version for download from here.. chaps?

Thanks
