Add optional timer functionality to presenter notes window #13

Right now, the presenter notes window shows the current time.

It would be useful to be able to press t to start a timer (replacing or next to the clock) which would count up from 00:00:00.

This timer should keep running in the background when the user (potentially accidentally) closes the presenter notes window and be show again on reopen.
