Removed CORE from main page #301

Removed CORE wallet from main page because there are other wallets besides CORE available on Wallets secction.

Changed Discord URL thanks to @DirtMcGirt27 user https://github.com/dogecoinfoundation/dogecoin.com/pull/290/files

Removed dogecoinswag.store because it needs some updates

I don't think this is the right approach. Core isn't just a wallet, it's the primary node implementation the community runs, that's why it's foremost on the website. IMO the text just needs to be updated to say 1.14.7 ASAP with updated links.

@tjstebbing I submitted PR #300 to update links, and am awaiting review.
