Added virtualbox and vagrant uninstaller (WINDOWS) #20

This is to test component (Virtual Box and Vagrant) installation by uninstalling. Couple things:

  1. Run the bat file as administrator, otherwise it won't work.
  2. Note: Vagrant takes a little longer to uninstall.
