Unable to reach landing page on PVWA #1

When setting up the PVWA, the logs show it's able to connect to the vault. But, when I try to access the landing page on the PVWA, I'm getting a 404 error. I get the generic IIS landing page when I browse the root. What gives?!

I apparently installed the PVWA software as 'vagrant'. After uninstalling and reinstalling as Administrator, and removing the host headers from the binding, it began working. Not clear which change made it work, but it's working now under. Can be accessed here
