How to add new Sony camera #102

Hi,

The Sony 6100 (A6100) also supports live preview but is not shown by this tool. How can I add the camera to the list of known devices? In detail, where can I find the camera id (0x0CAA for the A6400) for the A6100?:

@(0x0CAA) : @[@"Sony", @"A6400"],
