QuickTime player #104

I am trying to view a self-compiled version of PtpWebcam in QuickTime but the camera does not show up. Is it necessary to notarize the app so that it shows up? The webcam works fine in OBS.

Same problem here with the official binaries. Camera works great in the preview and in Zoom but not in Quicktime. I'm on MacOS 12.5 Monterey with Quicktime Player 10.5
