This PR adds Doxygen documentation to the pspadhoc.h header file, covering all key aspects:

Error Codes & Connection States: Clear definitions and descriptions for AdHoc error codes and connection states.
Remote PSP Structure: Detailed documentation of the remotePsp structure, including MAC address, nickname, and connection state.
Function Descriptions: Each function is documented with its purpose, parameters, and return values.

These updates improve code clarity and make it easier for developers to understand and use the AdHoc module.
