No subfolders created? #8

Again, not sure if this is a weird thing due to my Firefox (v68), but everything that the extension downloads is just thrown directly into my default download folder.

So if it can, for whatever technical reasons, not save in subfolders, could there be an option added to at least prefix the filenames with the Patreon's name? Like "PersonalAmi_january_5.png".

There are cases where the extension cannot designate the directory to which the file gets downloaded, hence some files end up in the root download folder. The idea to attach the creator to the file name is a new one. I'll have to look into whether that's possible; if it is, I'll add an option for that.

That'd be nice, because for me it didn't even put a single file in a subfolder, so I assume my browser version can't do that.

In my case it's the PSD files that won't be put into the right folder.

The actual behavior is actually more complicated: it will download the file into the right subfolder, but simultaneously prompt the native Firefox download dialog . If I check "always do the same (download)" for PSD files, then it will automatically download the same file twice, one at the correct subfolder, one at the root.
