Wrong look and feel #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open it on a Windows machine

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should look like a Windows app, but comes up with the cross-platform look
and feel.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Switched to the system look and feel in release 95.
