Provider Request: Opsgenie #5

We would love to support https://status.opsgenie.com/ which uses statuspage.io however their status page doesn't actually list any services for us to add to the page.

This status page has now moved to https://opsgenie.status.atlassian.com/ which looks like it should work now!
