Provider Request: AWS

We would love to add https://status.aws.amazon.com/ to StatusPile however there are just SO many services and it is a completely custom integration.

We certainly need to find a way to restrict the services shown as adding AWS would dwarf all other providers.

At any particular time, we would just want to know the service disruption if it happens, for full service anyway we have AWS status page.

There are two current issues which we would love any input on to help us resolve...

• These cloud providers offer so many services themselves that adding them to StatusPile could dwarf all the other services currently in the system.
  • We have discussed having a single (red or green) status for each of these providers to show if there any issue at all without having to add individual services.
  • The current implementation of StatusPile only has two layers to select services, the Provider and it's services. Adding multiple layers to StatusPile will help improve this we think
• StatusPile is currently only compatible with status pages from statuspage.io and Cachet. These cloud providers each have their own integration that would have to be individually added.
  • This is an open source project however and all pull requests are very welcome

AWS status page has individual RSS feeds for services, as opposite of GCP, which has a single feed for all incidents. So, I guess a generic RSS provider type would be far from easy and would require specific parsers.
