Icon file not found in /usr/share/pki/setup/CertServer.directory #1266

Some of the automated testing revealed a missing icon file in the '/user/share/pki/setup/CertServer.directory' file which is a part of the pki-server RPM:

We should just remove the desktop icon completely.
