refactor: prebuild protocol .ts
isolatedModules": true
rm unnecessary yarn prefix
dogu-agent ci refactor. node cache, no rebuild ( depends on git checkout cache )
remove @dogu-private/env-tools
remove @dogu-tech/device-interface
