Add Cart Page #390

I would like to create a new page for items that has been added to the cart. I will also design the whole UI of that page. image

The current one is not going well. I will make the changes keeping theme in mind Kindly assign this issue to me under hactoberfest, gssoc-ext and relevant tags.
