Feature : The search bar is not giving any kind of suggestions when the user types in it. #478

I want to contribute to this repository which will help me in hacktoberfest and also I found this new amazing feature that I can add and when the user selects one of the suggestions below the search bar then the page will slide down straight to that perticular icecream and if the icecream doesn't exist then it will stop giving suggestions. Please let me contribute in this issue.

Um I am working on this issue and due to just some technical issues I have not made the pr but it will be done by Sunday
