Description:

My proposal focuses on improving the navbar by utilizing CSS transition & transform properties to create a smoother, visually engaging experience for users.

Proposed Changes:

Navbar Logo: I plan to implement a subtle hover transition and transform effect for the IceCream logo, which will provide an interactive, modern feel when users hover over it. The logo will gently scale up or rotate slightly to attract attention without overwhelming the design.
Polish User Interactions: I will ensure that all components, such as icons and buttons, have proper hover states and cursors (missing cursor pointers) for a cohesive, polished experience.

Benefits:

Enhanced User Experience: The page will feel more interactive and modern with smooth transitions and transformations.
Aesthetic Appeal: These small animations will make the design more engaging, attracting more users and encouraging them to explore further.
Maintain Simplicity: The animations will be subtle and won’t distract users from the main content.
