Regarding yolov3.ckpt file #18

Hello, during implementation I got an error for yolov3.ckpt file. That file is not present anywhere. Can you please help me with that

Please refer to the "Train Dataset" section in the README.md file. link

There is a link that redirects to a Google Drive. You can download these three files and place them in the context-based-parking-slot-detect/parking_context_recognizer/pre_weight folder. Create the pre_weight folder if it does not already exist.

I tried this, and it worked for me. Hope it helps!
