left-align board member headshots #30

the centering looks off, can you update the style sheet so these are left aligned? https://staging.doi.org/the-foundation/board-and-governance/

Actually maybe there is a better layout - possibly have the bios around the photos rather than below each one? Either way left-aligning would be good. What do you think @cazinc ?
