TrueNAS Scale App install stuck on "Agent DVR: Installing FFmpeg 6" #681

Affected Version App Version: 5.2.5.0

Describe the bug App is stuck on Agent DVR: Installing FFmpeg 6 regardless of version rollback etc.

Subsequent message on error screen is following: "Resource temporarily unavailable (ispyrtcdata.blob.core.windows.net:443)"

This message is again followed by guide to manual install. Which is quite the hazzle due to being a containerized install.

Steps To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Follow upgradepath within Truecharts on TrueNAS Scale

Reproduction rate 100%. Container rollback tested. No luck. Retry button tested. No luck Following the manual download link successfully downloads the ffmpeg6-linuxx64.tar.xz file.

Found the culprit - a DNS misconfiguration due to recent changes on the LAN.

Issue closed.
