Autofix using a --fix or --autofix flag #577

It would be nice to not only show deprecations but also be able to autofix issues perhaps one at a time.

E.g. target one resource to autofix

kubent \
  --autofix \
  --kind Deployment \
  --namespace default \
  --name test
