[d3d11] Telefrag fails to launch #1332

Further to #2954 the application fails during launch using DXVK on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS but works as expected using DXVK on Windows 10.

If it works with DXVK on Windows, then why do you think it's a DXVK bug?

Please post the full wine log, this is almost guaranteed to be something like a missing library in your wine prefix.

@mimattr Can you test this again with newest proton/dxvk/drivers? I don't have VR if that is needed to test this.
