Magical Battle Festa Config App Have Serious Flickering

with dxvk config app have serious flikering but this dont stay with wined3d, config app and game exe are same MBF.exe

System information

GPU: Intel UHD 630
Driver: Mesa 23.2-dev
Wine version: 8.8
DXVK version: 2.2

Not reproducing on my AMD setup with the game (config app) on Steam through either Proton 8.0-2 or Bleeding Edge. Also not seeing anything off in the apitrace replayed through regular Wine

yeah tested with 2.3 and error still present
