What makes you think this is a DXVK bug? The game doesn't even initialize D3D11 if it crashes that early. Also, it works for other people.
I guess the tunnel vision while searching to find the error. You got a good point there with D3D11, it seems that there is no DirectX present in: drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Origin Games/Battlefield V/__Installer as it should be, sorry for the disturbance.

hm yes looks like you got the same problem, i tried the install script on almost the same hardware on ubuntu 18.04 and got the same issue. When installing another game within origin directx shows up in the agreement to install the game, but that's not the case with battlefield v, maybe this is just an error with origin that the packages are not present. Would be interesting to know if this is the also case on windows too. There was a comment under "BF1" https://lutris.net/games/battlefield-1/ that describes the same behavior.
The version of this installer which I used about 2 weeks ago worked just fine, the updated one no longer works properly on my system. The game tries to start but never shows anything on screen and the process (bf1.exe) crashes after a few seconds. Trying a different WINE and DXVK versions didn't make any difference. I am running a AMD Radeon Vega 64 with MESA 18.2.6-1 on Arch Linux.
to come back to your question: unfortunately, I could not find a solution to the problem yet, but i keep searching
