Add Dockerfile + modify README

TODO: modify quick_start.py or debug dojo.get_environment (quick_start.py is currently just a copy of the Quick Start section in README.md)

We still have to fix the integration of DojoEnvironments into dojopy Currently we cannot access get_environment from dojopy
