Successfully wrote undefined to <directory> #305

Bug

When creating a new dojo app the name is undefined. Everything seems to work OK otherwise.

Command used: npx -p @dojo/cli @dojo/cli-create-app dojo create app --name temp

Tested on Windows & Ubuntu

Package Version: stable (as of 1/23/2020)
