Issue with transition to dojo-interfaces #226

Almost every package we had used the core interfaces from dojo-core. Since those have been removed in master, it causes issues in other packages that are still looking for them there. We need to restore these interfaces for a while, until we have all the packages looking to dojo-interfaces.
