The original concept was to develop themes in 'dijit/themes' directory, but this repo moved to a different structure. Doesn't seem to be very useful; and pulling this repo in via bower was also pulling in its bower dependencies, which could lead to conflicts if the dojo/dijit versions are different from the target project.
