Remove using 'memory' as the recommended method when watching #476

There are some issues using the memory watch mode that automatically refreshes the application the browser. So removing this mechanism as the defacto recommendation throughout the tutorials, added an aside that mentioned the support for the memory watch mode.

I think we can close this as we've resolved the main issue around memory watch? Although it still doesn't work when updating the index.html... But this isn't a huge issue imo, as generally the index.html is not updated during dev
