Urgent: Anchors do not work #499

Hey,

story : I would like to tweet about my responsive image widget and point directly to the anchors of awesomeness like https://dojo.io/docs/index.html#doc--dojo__framework__v5__src__widget-core__README_md___resize

but it shows a blank pane and the console says

[Error] Origin https://dojo.io is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin.

hi @sebilasse, sorry we haven't responded to this. I think this belongs on dojo/dojo.io as we haven't launched dojo/site yet. Will move this issue over there.
