All examples have been updated to the same alpha 7 releases as https://github.com/dojo/widgets.
Prettier added to/updated in all examples
Migrated from tslint to eslint (per recommendation from tslint dev).
Standardized script commands, basing off of https://github.com/dojo/widgets.
Run CI on node 12.
Drop widget-showcase and custom-element-showcase examples in favor of using https://widgets.dojo.io
Drop functional tests.

I think we still want to keep custom-element-showcase as currently we cannot do that with parade.

Even if it's just for us to check everything works, rather than truly being a showcase.
