BTR removes `http://localhost` references from content #280

Bug

When btr page content includes the text http://localhost / http://localhost:9999 it is replaced with an empty string. This is problematic when running BTR on a page which includes this text. This was first noticed when working on a blog post referencing a build process where references to localhost had been removed.
