Toolbar: Collapsed menu title #673

Enhancement

The toolbar currently displays the menu title in both the toolbar and the collapsed slide pane. This can look strange as it's displayed twice. We should remove the title from the collapsed slide pane and potentially offer up a collapsedTitle property that could be used to add a specific title there should the user wish to.
