This is a reminder to remove the deprecated FileAccess.Reserved in the next major release. This is according to the specification in SemVer

We are now following dokany version + patch like: dokany 1.3.0 + patch 0 => 1.3.0.0 This change can be done in the next Dokany minor 1.4.0.0
