add qmd files to search #58

Hi -- love todor and would appreciate the ability to use it with Quarto files

this pr includes "qmd" extension and adds option todor_qmd (defaulting to TRUE)

Oh, thank you for this amazing contribution @rkb965. I'm glad todor is helpful! The CI doesn't pass as there's some issue with setting up code covereage service token, it's to me to figure out later.
