Empty Editor Background missing #687

I can'see my background image(defalut) when I already set the "Empty Editor Background".

My system environment is Windows 21H2; Dev tool is Pycharm 2023.1

PS: All themes are not work when I already set the "Empty Editor Background"

By the way,my IDEA 2022.3 ，Everything works fine with the same settings:

Yeah, I've noticed that on the newer builds, haven't gotten around to fixing the issue. thanks for reporting!
