Changes

Extension targets Visual Studio Professional now.
Also bumped some build packages to newer version.

Motivation

Hopefully fixes #22

I have attached a compressed zip file for the build of this branch. If you want, you can download it, unzip the download, and manually install the vsix file.

If you are not comfortable taking software from strangers, I'll merge and publish this to the marketplace, maybe it will work. I don't currently have access to a professional version of visual studio.

Actually, if you could answer my question about custom content, that be cool.
