Description

Themes the sidebar using the stuff defined in the theming spec.

The second picture's sidebar text theme (black) is different from toolbar's text theme (red). In order to stay consistent with the overall theme i recommend utilizing the sidebar_text key to match the toolbar's text.

🤔 Hmm, the bookmark bar uses the accentColor. I use the accent color when I need a splash of color. I put it in some places like hyperlinks, and focus points and so forth, that need attention.

Using the accent color for the entirety of the sidebar would be a bit overwhelming and drowns out the accented links (especially for themes that have very bright accent colors).

I'll stick with the consistent look and feel of the "popup_text".
